Radha Yadav

Radha Yadav, Founder of Paltu Life Foundation, is an interior designer and former producer, but fundamentally a mother and devoted animal lover. Her journey to pet parenthood with Buddy in 2022 transformed her perspective, revealing both the joys and challenges faced by pet owners. More profoundly, it illuminated the suffering and untapped potential of India's stray dogs, sparking an undeniable call to action. This deep personal conviction led to the birth of Paltu Life Foundation, driven by love and the belief that every paw deserves a purpose. The foundation aims to rehabilitate strays, not just rescuing them, but training them for meaningful societal roles like therapy or service animals. Radha is also building the Paltu Life Academy, empowering individuals to become certified pet professionals and creating new, compassionate livelihoods. Her vision is to make India stray dog-free, safer, kinder, and full of opportunities for both people and animals.

Kushal Chipkar is a seasoned Professional Dog Trainer & Behaviourist and an Operations Specialist with over a decade in the pet industry. He holds an MBA from Cardiff University, UK, and is a certified trainer from Starmark Academy, Texas. Kushal's extensive career includes managing large-scale retail and event operations, alongside developing specialized dog training programs. As Head of Operations at Just Dogs, he built a premier international-level dog training facility and led multi-location teams. He also significantly contributed to Wiggles India, setting up and managing their training, grooming, and boarding facilities. Kushal's expertise spans obedience, behavior modification, agility, and service dog development, including police dog training. He passionately aims to create meaningful, lasting relationships between dogs and humans through professional, reliable, and heart-led services.

Dr. Dilip Sonune

Dr. Dilip Sonune is a highly acclaimed veterinarian and award-winning small animal practitioner with over 14 years of experience. He is a leading expert in pet care, passionate about innovative therapies, treatments, and pet nutrition. Notably, Dr. Sonune received the "Excellent Pet Practitioner" award at the national level. He pioneered the #BondedByBlood Initiative, establishing an online pet blood donor repository, and provided critical 24-hour emergency care during the COVID-19 pandemic, saving many lives. His expertise spans veterinary medicine, surgery, homeopathy, and alternative treatments like cannabis and regenerative therapies. Currently serving as Technical Head at Petrosa, he previously directed Veterinary Services at Wiggles. Dr. Sonune's focus is to introduce Ayurveda Cannabis therapy and advanced rehab treatments into Indian pet practice, reflecting his commitment to holistic animal well-being.

Kajal Dattani is an accomplished Product Designer, proven in leading and innovating digital solutions. As Co-Founder of VOTO, she spearheaded product development from concept to launch, meticulously crafting UX/UI and driving growth with data. Her entrepreneurial spirit fostered agile problem-solving and cross-functional leadership, bringing complex digital products to life. Beyond her work as a Product Designer, Kajal's extensive experience with Kala Bhavan of Calgary includes managing studio operations and enhancing efficiency with digital solutions. She expertly designed a user-friendly website, launched an online marketplace, and implemented automated systems. Her background also includes channel partnerships at Absorb Software and ongoing volunteer work with Decidedly Jazz Danceworks. Kajal's diverse experience showcases her unique blend of creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and meticulous execution.

Ayushman, at 19, is a flourishing professional cricketer with a profound passion for animals. Despite growing up around dogs in his village, his time in residential school and cricket academies limited his connection to them. Moving to Mumbai and welcoming Buddy into his family truly illuminated the deep bond possible with animals and their deservingness of care. At Paltu Life Foundation, Ayushman leads efforts to engage young animal lovers, much like himself. He focuses on involving his generation in learning, volunteering, and spreading crucial awareness about stray animal welfare. Ayushman believes a kinder India for both pets and humans hinges on active participation from young people. His mission is to inspire collective action through education, events, and social media to build a safer future.
